Maeve E. Cannon was a panelist on the virtual continuing legal education seminar “The New Elections Transparency Act,” hosted as a live webcast by NJCLE on July 26, 2023.

Olivo of the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission, and moderator Rebecca Moll Freed of Genova Burns, LLC. This informative seminar covered the major changes brought on by the Elections Transparency Act, including overhauls to the state’s campaign finance and pay-to-play laws as well as changes to the management and procurement processes between political campaigns and public contracts.
