Sara M. Quigley Recognized Among the 2026 “Top Women in Business” by BINJE

PRINCETON, NJ, March 3, 2026 – Sara M. Quigley, Managing Director of Stevens & Lee Public Affairs, has been named among 2026 “Top Women in Business” by Business in New Jersey Everyday’s (BINJE) which, in partnership with the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), will celebrate honorees at the APA Hotel in Woodbridge on March 25.

Ms. Quigley is distinguished in this who’s who listing of New Jersey’s top decision-makers and thought leaders. Honorees are recognized for their notable contributions to the Garden State’s business community.

Having served as Chief of Staff to the former New Jersey Attorney General, Ms. Quigley has significant experience advising on complex policy issues and navigating matters at the intersection of criminal and civil law. As Chief of Staff, she managed a department of more than 8,000 employees and led policy initiatives in areas including criminal justice reform and cannabis legal and regulatory enforcement. She draws from her extensive experience collaborating with divisions in the NJ Department of Law & Public Safety, the Governor’s Office, cabinet leaders and other outside agencies, associations, advocacy groups and stakeholders to provide public and private sector clients with strategic insights on government procedure and regulatory frameworks.

Ms. Quigley has more than a decade of experience serving in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Prior to her appointment as Chief of Staff, she served as Senior Counsel to the Attorney General, focusing on criminal justice initiatives and advising on high-profile matters. Previous to that role, she held senior positions with the state’s Division of Criminal Justice and the Appellate Bureau, where she handled a range of cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and has appeared numerous times before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
